Salesforce will invest US$1 billion in its Mexico operations over the next five years.

The funding will support a new Mexico City office, workforce hiring, customer service expansion, and AI skills training through a Global Delivery Center.

Its new five-story office in Mexico City’s Polanco district can host up to 2,000 employees.

The Global Delivery Center will offer consulting services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to customers across the Americas.

Salesforce also donated US$250,000 to Amigos de Filantrofilia for AI education and has contributed a total of US$2.6 million to local organizations since launching in Mexico in 2006.
