Salesforce and Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority announced the two-year Slack AI Launchpad Programme at SMEs Go Digital Day on October 13, 2026.

The initiative aims to help up to 1,000 small and midsize enterprises build AI-enabled workflows.

Participants can sign up through IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital platform.

They will receive a free 60-day Slack Business+ trial for up to 10 users per business, two workshops, access to Slackbot, templates, guides, and a participant community.

Salesforce will also provide support during the trial.

The program supports Singapore’s National AI Impact Programme, which aims to help 10,000 enterprises advance AI adoption over three years.

Slack said its AI features can surface insights from conversations.

While Slack publishes plans and features for Business+, the launch announcement said participants will get access to Slackbot and Slackbot Skills.
