Salesforce expands AI ties with Nvidia, AWS, Google
Salesforce said at its Dreamforce 2026 event on September 15 that it was expanding partnerships with AWS, Nvidia, and Google Cloud to connect its AI products with their platforms.
With Nvidia, Salesforce introduced Koa, which it said was its first customer relationship management reasoning model built on NVIDIA Nemotron for Agentforce.
Salesforce said Koa was trained on synthetic scenarios rather than customer data.
Synthetic data is often used to reduce privacy risks and support compliance in AI training. That helps explain Salesforce’s emphasis on not using customer data.
With AWS, Salesforce said Agentforce customers could access models through Amazon Bedrock and use AWS agents in Slack.
The company also said its Google Cloud deal expanded an existing partnership to run Salesforce on Google Cloud infrastructure and connect Salesforce’s headless architecture with Gemini Enterprise.
The moves also reflect broader enterprise efforts to avoid lock-in by using multiple cloud providers and model options instead of relying on one vendor.
