Salesforce boosts AI focus in Thailand with new country leader
Salesforce has appointed Apisit Kuparatana as its new country leader in Thailand to oversee local operations.
Apisit, based in Bangkok, brings over 30 years of experience from executive roles at multinational technology firms and Thai conglomerates.
He previously founded Altra Group, a management consulting firm, and has served as an adviser to industry and academic boards in Thailand.
Salesforce, which opened a permanent office in Bangkok in March 2023, provides CRM and AI solutions to companies in sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
The appointment comes as Salesforce promotes Agentforce, its digital labor platform, in the Thai market.
