Salesforce and Anthropic said on August 26 that they are expanding their partnership with Claudeforce, which combines Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce data, workflows, business logic, actions, and governance.

The partnership also includes integrations across Claude, Salesforce, and Slack.

The rollout starts with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills, including meeting prep, deal health reviews, and pipeline reviews.

Claude will also be available in Salesforce’s Agentforce as a reasoning model for the Atlas Reasoning Engine and, under the expanded partnership, as the default model for Slack.

Salesforce said Salesforce in Claude is available to selected pilot customers now.

It is expected to enter open beta in September 2026.

Additional prebuilt skills are planned to start launching in late 2026.

Salesforce has also published a developer workshop for connecting Claude, indicating an official integration path, though the workshop does not by itself establish broader availability or security details.
