US robo-adviser Wealthfront files for IPO
Wealthfront has filed for an initial public offering in the US, aiming to list on Nasdaq under the ticker “WLTH.”
The California-based company, founded in 2008, operates a robo-adviser platform that automates investment management.
Wealthfront reported US$88.2 billion in assets and 1.3 million customers as of July 31, 2025, with 359 employees.
The company’s move comes as several fintech firms, including Chime and Klarna, have pursued IPOs this year, reflecting renewed investor interest in the sector.
