Resale tech firm Archive raises $30m series B

Archive, a US-based resale software company, has raised US$30 million in a series B round led by Energize Capital, with backing from Lightspeed Venture Partners, G9 Ventures, and Bain Capital Ventures.

Founded in 2021 by Emily Gittins and Ryan Rowe, Archive helps fashion brands build resale platforms with features like smart pricing, warehouse management, and analytics tools.

The company plans to use the funds to enhance its software and expand its offerings as the US secondhand fashion market is expected to hit US$73 billion by 2028, fueled by demand for sustainable shopping.
