Reddit is in early talks with Google for a new content-sharing agreement that could increase the value it receives from providing data for search and AI products.

The social media platform, which hosts user-generated discussions across various topics, previously signed a data-sharing deal with Google valued at about US$60 million.

Current talks involve deeper integration with Google’s AI products and may include a partnership model that encourages more active Reddit participation via Google traffic.
