Oyo has promoted Rakesh Kumar to chief financial officer, effective from January 1, 2024.

Kumar, who previously served as deputy CFO, played a fundamental role in ensuring the hotel chain’s financial stability during the pandemic, The Economic Times reported. Outgoing CFO Abhishek Gupta will take on an advisory role at the firm.
