Prudential launches AI Lab in Singapore to enhance services
Prudential has launched its AI Lab in Singapore to integrate AI and machine learning across its operations.
The event took place at Prudential Singapore’s office, attended by Singapore’s minister for digital development and information, Josephine Teo, and Prudential CEO Anil Wadhwani.
The AI Lab will focus on developing AI solutions to improve customer service and business operations.
Since August 2024, employees have submitted over 100 AI use cases.
