PropertyGuru Group has appointed Yi-Wei Ang as chief product and technology officer, effective immediately, to lead its digital transformation efforts.

Ang, who previously held roles at talabat and Property Finder, will report to CEO Lewis Ng and focus on enhancing the platform’s products and technology.

He succeeds Manav Kamboj, who will leave the company at the end of March 2026.

Ng said that Ang’s experience in scaling consumer-focused platforms will support the company’s growth.

PropertyGuru offers more than 2.1 million property listings and connects users with over 50,000 agents across the region.

The company has been operating since 2007 and has expanded to multiple markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Based in Singapore, PropertyGuru is a PropTech company serving Southeast Asia’s property market, with over 32 million monthly property seekers.
