Papa John’s International is integrating AI into its customer ordering process through an expanded partnership with Google Cloud.

The company aims to enhance customer experience with personalized push notifications, marketing emails, and loyalty program offers. New AI-powered features, including an online chatbot and voice-assisted ordering, will also be introduced.

Chief digital officer Kevin Vasconi emphasized scalability, security, and cost-efficiency as key focuses of the AI integration.

CEO Todd Penegor acknowledged the company’s past technological lag but expressed optimism about AI-driven advancements.
