PhonePe, supported by Walmart, has launched a quick commerce initiative, marking its third attempt at online retail.

The company’s ecommerce unit, Pincode, provides 15-minute delivery services in select areas across six cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Varanasi.

Currently, the service covers 10-15% of areas in these cities, with plans to expand to 25% in the coming weeks.

Full service rollout is expected between April and June 2025.

Pincode employs a hybrid delivery method that combines its in-house fleet with partnerships with local kirana stores, modern retail outlets, and logistics companies such as Swiggy, Shadowfax, and Loadshare
