Philippine telehealth startup GoRocky buys Kindred
Filipino telehealth startup GoRocky, an online platform for men’s and chronic care, said on July 17 that it acquired the Kindred brand and related assets from Kindred Health Inc., expanding into women’s health.
GoRocky said Kindred’s clinic in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) will remain open, and existing Kindred patients will continue receiving support.
Founded in 2022, Kindred is a Filipino women’s healthcare company that offers consultations, diagnostics, and specialized care through its BGC clinic and online. GoRocky said the two brands have separately served close to 100,000 Filipinos.
GoRocky also said women account for more than 60% of its weight management patients.
The company raised a US$2 million seed round in 2025 from Integra Partners and Kaya Founders.
The company cited a 2025 nutrition survey from the Philippines’ Food and Nutrition Research Institute, under the Department of Science and Technology, as it explained the expansion into chronic and women’s care.
