Phase design platform raises $13m in funding

Phase, a design platform for UI/UX designers, has launched out of beta with US$13 million in funding.

The startup, based in Taipei and Berlin, has received investments from firms including Gobi Partners, 500 Global, 42CAP, and Palm Drive Capital.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Nick Budden, Phase provides a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) platform.

This allows designers to create interactive simulations of apps and websites without needing to code manually.

It also provides the ability to export production-ready UI code.
