Mosaic Solutions, a business technology provider in the Philippines, has acquired HelixPay, a commerce enablement platform for ecommerce, venues, and ticketing.

This acquisition is paired with a strategic partnership with payments infrastructure provider PayMongo.

The new integrated platform aims to unify in-store and digital operations for businesses in the Philippines.

It combines point-of-sale systems, digital commerce, and payment solutions into a single framework.

Mosaic Solutions and HelixPay account for over PHP 4 billion (US$69.19 million) in annual transaction value.
