MarqVision, an AI-powered brand control platform based in Los Angeles, has raised US$48 million in a series B round led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, HSG, Coral Capital, and existing investors.

This brings its total funding to US$90 million since its founding in 2020.

The company works with 350 brands across fashion, beauty, gaming, and consumer electronics to detect and address counterfeits, impersonations, and online piracy.

MarqVision said its annual recurring revenue has doubled each year, though figures were not disclosed.

The firm is expanding in Asia with a new office in Japan, alongside operations in Shanghai and Seoul.

The funding will be used for global expansion and further development of its AI-based brand protection services.
