PayU executive Vijay Agicha resigns

Vijay Agicha, chief investment and transformation officer of PayU, has resigned from his position, according to sources familiar with the situation.

He is reportedly set to join an investment firm specializing in fintech ventures.

Agicha has been involved in investment efforts for PayU and currently serves on the boards of several companies, including BriskPe, DotPe, and Fisdom.

Agicha’s departure follows a series of leadership changes at PayU, a fintech company backed by Naspers, after it sold its global operations to Israeli fintech firm Rapyd in August 2023.
