Attendees include US Vice President JD Vance, Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, with French President Emmanuel Macron hosting.

Tech leaders like Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman will join both public and private discussions.

The summit follows the EU’s approval of the AI Act, the first legal framework for AI, which has sparked debate over its impact on innovation.
