The Parentinc has appointed Dinesh Uruthiramoorthy as its group CFO to support its expansion in Southeast Asia’s mum-and-baby market.

Uruthiramoorthy will oversee financial strategy and operations, aligning with The Parentinc’s plans to strengthen in-house brands and expand retail networks.

He brings experience from Multiplier, Carousell, and Singtel Group, with expertise in strategic finance and over US$1 billion in fundraising.

The Parentinc operates Mama’s Choice, sustainability brand Little Rei, media platform theAsianparent, and retail entity Motherswork.

As group CFO, Uruthiramoorthy will enhance financial infrastructure to drive profitability and sustain growth in the competitive sector.
