Visa processing platform Spun Global and Panorama JTB Tours, an Indonesian travel company under Panorama Group, have formed a joint venture called PT Solutopia Untuk Panorama to provide visa services for Indonesians traveling abroad.

SPUN said it supports Panorama JTB Tours’ visa workflow, covering application intake, document checks, processing, and submission through a single system.

The companies said this setup would reduce manual work and make visa handling more consistent as volumes increase.

The venture will start with outbound visa services. The companies also plan to expand the service across Panorama Group and support foreign visitors traveling to Indonesia.

The partnership comes as Indonesians’ overseas travel continues to rise. Statistics Indonesia, or BPS, recorded about 802,000 outbound trips in July 2026, up 4.68% from June.

Earlier in 2026, Spun raised US$1.8 million in seed funding led by Genesia Ventures, with participation from Antler, and other investors.
