Palantir, Nebius partner on AI infrastructure for firms
Palantir said on September 8 it partnered with Nebius, an Amsterdam-based AI cloud company, to provide sovereign AI infrastructure for commercial customers.
After an integration period, Nebius compute and inference endpoints will sit inside Palantir’s enterprise perimeter.
Palantir named Nebius as its preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner.
The companies said they will add capacity through modular data center deployments at sites with existing power.
Eligible Palantir customers will be able to run open models on Nebius infrastructure, adapt them with their own data, and keep control of their compute, data, and models.
The partnership targets a business segment Palantir has identified as a growth area. In May, the company said its FY2026 US commercial revenue guidance was 120% year over year.
The announcement comes as data residency is increasingly treated in Europe as a separate AI infrastructure issue. The capacity plan reflects broader interest in modular deployments and placing data centers near reliable power sources.
