Oyo sets $126.5m profit for FY26 after G6 Hospitality deal
Oyo has projected a profit of 1,100 crore rupee (US$126.51 million) for FY26, driven partly by its acquisition of G6 Hospitality, the operator of Motel 6 and Studio 6 in the US.
The company estimates G6 Hospitality will contribute 630 crore rupee (US$72.46 million) to its EBITDA, helping raise Oyo’s combined EBITDA to 2,000 crore rupee (US$230.02 million).
The company recently reported a profit of 229 crore rupee (US$26.34 million) for FY24 and expects earnings of 700 crore rupee (US$80.51 million) for the current fiscal year.
In Q3 FY25, Oyo saw a sixfold increase in net profit to 166 crore rupee (US$19.09 million), with revenue rising 31% year-on-year to 1,695 crore rupee (US$194.95 million).
Despite this growth, Oyo faces pressure from creditors to accelerate its IPO or settle loan repayments of US$383 million. Lenders have reportedly set an October 2025 deadline for the company’s public listing.
