Budget hospitality firm Oyo raised 550 crore rupees (around US$64.1 million) in a funding round led by Redsprig Innovation Partners, issuing 12.91 crore rupees (around US$1.5 million) equity shares at 42.6 rupees (around US$0.5) each.

This funding, diluting a 1.728% stake, supports its global expansion plans.

Last month, Nuvama Wealth invested 100 crore rupees (around US$11.6 million), reflecting market interest after OYO’s FY 2024 profit of 229.5 crore rupees (around US$26.7 million).
