Osome appointed Eugenio Ferrante as CEO on January 19, 2026, as the Singapore-based company reported record revenue growth in late 2025.
Ferrante first joined Osome as an advisor in September 2024. He had earlier stints at Bain & Company, IBM Global Services, and cybersecurity firm Acronis, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Ferrante will focus on the company’s predictable revenue and market-specific services in this new role.
Separately, Osome’s new customer revenue doubled year on year in November and rose 85% in December.
Key metrics also improved, with Average Rate of Return (ARR) up 22% and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) increasing 25%.
The company aims to serve nearly 10% of Singapore’s tech startups and invest across multiple segments.
Osome is shifting from compliance to an integrated operating platform, while founder Victor Lysenko stepped down in 2025.
