Oracle announced plans to invest over US$6.5 billion in Malaysia’s cloud infrastructure, aimed at expanding its AI and cloud computing capabilities within the country.

Oracle’s proposed cloud region will consist of several dedicated data centers, focusing on computing and storage services to ensure compliance with data residency regulations.
