Oracle said Exadata Database Service on Exascale Infrastructure is now generally available on Oracle AI Database@AWS.

The move comes alongside an expanded long-term collaboration with AWS to help enterprises move Oracle database workloads to the platform.

Oracle AI Database@AWS is available in 22 AWS regions, including Asia Pacific, according to the company.

Oracle said the service lets customers use Exadata without dedicated servers, and connect Oracle data with Amazon Redshift, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), and AWS AI and analytics services.

Oracle also said Autonomous AI Database Serverless is now generally available on the platform, with application-to-database latency as low as 165 microseconds.

South Korean beauty and wellness retailer CJ Olive Young, which operates more than 1,380 stores, is among regional enterprises running business-critical workloads on Oracle AI Database@AWS, Oracle said.
