Omnichat, a Hong Kong-based customer messaging software company, has raised US$10 million in a series A round led by Singapore-based Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.

The company said it will use the funding to expand its AI agent platform globally and deepen research and development.

Omnichat sells tools for marketing, sales, customer service, and analytics across channels including WhatsApp and TikTok.

It said about 300 brands adopted its OmniClaw analytics product within two months of its June launch. The company lists Dyson, FILA, and Watsons among its clients.

Businesses using Omnichat’s tools on WhatsApp must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policy and spam-enforcement rules.
