OpenAI has launched ChatGPT Go, a cheaper subscription plan for its AI chatbot, in 16 Asian countries.

The plan supports local currency pricing in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

ChatGPT Go offers higher message limits, more daily image generations and uploads, and longer memory, all powered by GPT-5.

Compared to the free version, subscribers get 10x more messages, image generations, and uploads per day, plus double the memory capacity.

The plan joins OpenAI’s existing Plus and Pro tiers, which offer additional features. OpenAI said Southeast Asia has seen rising ChatGPT usage, with the Philippines and Vietnam among the top five countries in Asia-Pacific for weekly active users.

Pricing details were not disclosed.
