OpenAI has introduced new personalization features for ChatGPT, allowing users to adjust the chatbot’s tone and style.

Users can now control qualities such as warmth, enthusiasm, emoji usage, headers, and lists through the personalization menu in the ChatGPT app.

OpenAI also added preset personality styles, including options like professional, friendly, or cynical.

A separate update lets users edit and format email drafts directly within the chat, including highlighting specific text for targeted changes.

These updates began rolling out on December 20.
