The acquisition aims to merge BharatSah‘AI’yak with Krutrim’s advanced language models and AI platforms.

This strategy is designed to enhance AI-driven services across India and improve public service delivery.

Samagra’s core AI team will transition to Krutrim to ensure ongoing innovation. BharatSah‘AI’yak can create vernacular AI bots for text and voice interactions.

This supports projects such as KumbhSah‘AI’yak, an AI chatbot for Maha Kumbh 2025, and the AMA Krushi AI chatbot in Odisha for agricultural advice.

Through this acquisition, Krutrim intends to broaden the accessibility of these AI solutions across various sectors and regions.
