Ortella Global Capital (OG Capital) has named Gaurav Verma as its co-founder and head of consumer investments.

In his new role, Verma will identify and assist high-growth consumer startups. His responsibilities include developing scaling strategies, improving margins, creating revenue streams, forming strategic partnerships, and refining unit economics.

Verma has over 15 years of experience in the consumer products and technology sectors. He has previously held leadership positions at Airtel and EkAnek.

This announcement follows the firm’s launch two months ago as a venture capital fund focusing on collaboration with startups.
