Nykaa expects Q1 revenue growth near 30%, led by fashion
FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which runs Indian beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa, said in a regulatory filing that it expects nearly 30% consolidated net revenue growth in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, led by faster growth in its fashion business.
The company said consolidated gross merchandise value (GMV) and net sales value (NSV) are expected to grow in the “early thirties” year on year.
Fashion NSV is expected to rise in the mid-fifties, while the flagship beauty segment is projected to grow in the late twenties.
Nykaa’s store count stood at 324 at the end of June.
The update indicates further improvement in Nykaa’s fashion business after the company previously said the vertical had been recovering.
In the March quarter, Nykaa reported consolidated net profit of 787.5 million rupees (US$8.27 million) on revenue from operations of 26.5 billion rupees (US$278 million).
For FY2026, the company’s net profit rose to 2 billion rupees (US$21.4 million) from 720.7 million rupees (US$7.57 million), while revenue from operations increased 26% to 100.2 billion rupees (US$1.05 billion).
