Filipino digital infrastructure company YCO Cloud and Singapore-based AI infrastructure provider Aolani said they are working with Nvidia on a sovereign AI infrastructure projects, with a launch in the Philippines targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

The initial phase is set to include more than 10,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra graphics processing units. The companies said the system will support local government agencies, Filipino businesses, and startups.

YCO Cloud describes itself as a build-to-suit hyperscale data center provider in the Philippines, while Aolani says it builds AI infrastructure in Asia and has worked with Nvidia to expand AI factory infrastructure across Southeast Asia.

The project is being developed with Science Park of the Philippines Inc., an industrial park developer in the Philippines, and is intended to use dedicated renewable energy.

The companies did not identify the site. They also said it would be one of the first Nvidia GB300 NVL72 cluster deployments in the Philippines.
