Nvidia supplier Innolight confidentially files for HK IPO
Zhongji Innolight, a Chinese maker of high-speed optical transceivers that supplies Nvidia, has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong listing, people familiar with the matter said.
The company is already listed in Shenzhen, where its shares are up about 6x over the past year amid investor interest in AI-related suppliers.
Innolight has discussed raising at least US$3.0 billion in Hong Kong, people familiar with the plans have said, though the size and timing are not final.
The company said its 2025 net income doubled to 10.8 billion yuan (US$1.6 billion), while Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) has started consultations on potentially expanding the confidential-filing option beyond currently eligible applicants.
