Nvidia invests $2b in CoreWeave to expand data centers

Nvidia and CoreWeave announced an expanded partnership aimed at building more than 5 gigawatts of AI factories by 2030.

Nvidia has invested US$2 billion in CoreWeave’s stock, reflecting its confidence in the cloud platform.

The companies plan to develop AI factories using Nvidia’s hardware and software, including the Nvidia Rubin platform and BlueField storage systems.

They also intend to test and validate CoreWeave’s AI-native software, such as SUNK and CoreWeave Mission Control, for broader adoption.

The collaboration seeks to accelerate AI infrastructure growth to meet rising demand.
