Nvidia, Intel join AI startup Prime Intellect’s $130m round
Prime Intellect, a startup founded in 2024, provides compute access and software tools to train, evaluate, and deploy agentic AI models.
It has raised US$130 million in a series A led by Radical Ventures at a US$1 billion valuation.
Nvidia Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and Iconiq also participated.
The company said customers use its platform to build task-specific AI systems, and it counts Ramp and Zapier among its users.
Prime Intellect said it had reached a US$100 million annualized revenue run rate.
The round follows US$15 million announced in February 2025, when the startup said total funding had exceeded US$20 million.
Prime Intellect described its platform as a decentralized stack that lets companies train, deploy, and improve their own models across compute, training, inference, and evaluation tools.
Its pitch aligns with demand from companies for private AI, as privacy and sovereignty requirements tighten and more AI workloads move on premises, according to industry research.
