Nvidia eyes land in Israel for multibillion campus plan

Nvidia is exploring the acquisition of land in northern Israel to build a large campus, with potential investments reaching billions of dollars.

The company is looking for a 70 to 120 dunam site near its Yokneam headquarters and has issued a request for information for areas with building rights of 80,000 to 180,000 square meters.

The search area stretches from Zichron Yaakov to the Krayot region, and real estate consultancy Colliers is assisting in the process.

Nvidia has set a two-week deadline for submissions, highlighting the project’s urgency.

If successful, the new campus could become the largest high-tech campus in Israel and be operational within five to six years.

It would supplement Nvidia’s existing facilities in Yokneam and the Rubinstein Twin Towers in Tel Aviv.
