Nvidia-backed CoreWeave weighs euro bonds
CoreWeave, a US-based AI infrastructure provider, plans calls with European high-yield investors on June 9 as it considers financing that could include US dollar- and euro-denominated bonds, according to a person familiar with the matter.
Founded in 2017 as a crypto miner, CoreWeave now operates nearly 50 data centers across North America and Europe.
The company already has US dollar-denominated high-yield bonds outstanding after it raised US$2 billion of 9.25% senior notes due 2030 in May 2025. It has yet to issue euro-denominated high-yield notes.
A euro bond sale would come after CoreWeave committed US$3.5 billion to expand in Europe, including new data centers in Norway, Sweden, and Spain by the end of 2025.
CoreWeave is rated Ba3 by Moody’s Ratings, B+ by S&P Global Ratings, and BB- by Fitch Ratings.
