Singapore-founded Aolani, an AI cloud provider, said on September 21 that it signed a compute collaboration with Nvidia to expand AI factory infrastructure in Southeast Asia.

The new facilities will be built in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Aolani said 22,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra graphics processing units (GPUs) are expected to be deployed across the two sites in early 2027.

That would lift the company’s total AI factory capacity to more than 100 megawatts and its total deployment to more than 48,000 GPUs.

The company said the arrangement includes a revenue-sharing and credit-support model tied to customer demand.

The move comes as Singapore’s land and power limits have constrained new data-center development and steered some regional capacity toward Malaysia.

Nvidia described Blackwell Ultra as an AI factory platform for large-scale data centers, but its public materials do not specify a precise commercial rollout timetable.
