NTT Data and Mistral AI have announced a partnership to jointly offer enterprise-focused AI solutions, according to a statement released on July 30.

NTT Data is a Japan-based global provider of digital business and technology services, while Mistral AI is a France-based developer of generative AI models.

The collaboration will focus on developing secure AI systems for regulated industries, such as financial services and the public sector, and integrating Mistral AI’s technology into NTT Data’s platforms.

The companies will also launch joint sales strategies in markets including France, Luxembourg, Spain, Singapore, and Australia.

NTT Data will create a Mistral AI Center of Excellence, while Mistral AI will provide training and certification programs for NTT Data staff.

Dennemeyer, a Luxembourg-based intellectual property management firm, is among the first clients to engage both companies for an AI-driven patent search tool.

NTT Data and Mistral AI are also working on a sovereign AI platform for Luxembourg’s financial and insurance sectors.
