NTT Data and Ericsson announced a multi-year partnership to offer managed private 5G and embed edge and physical AI into enterprise connectivity worldwide.

NTT Data, a global leader in AI and digital business, will act as Ericsson’s global system integrator and managed services provider, combining its enterprise network and managed services with Ericsson’s private 5G and enterprise edge platforms.

They outlined plans for repeatable industry solutions including manufacturing, mining, ports, airports, energy, transportation, and smart cities.

The companies aim to help enterprises move from pilots to production-ready deployments at global scale.
