NomuPay, an Irish payment platform with a presence in Southeast Asia, has bought Manchester-based Total Processing, a provider of customized payment processing and merchant services.

Terms of the deal, which come after NomuPay’s series A funding round, have not been disclosed.

The acquisition allows the Irish firm to strengthen its Southeast Asian and European operations and expand into the Middle East.
