Ninja Van to cease express delivery services in Vietnam

Ninja Van Vietnam will end all express delivery services, including B2C and business-to-business, as part of a company restructuring plan.

The logistics provider said the move is intended to reallocate resources and focus on new logistics service models.

Ninja Van Vietnam will stop accepting new orders for express delivery from September 8, 2025, and will process all existing shipments by September 26, 2025.

Shipments that cannot be delivered will be returned to customers by September 30, 2025.

Customer support channels will remain open until the end of September.

Contracts related to express delivery between Ninja Van Vietnam and its clients will end on September 30, 2025.
