Nexus Venture leads $21m round for Indian AI startup Runable

Bengaluru-based Runable, an AI agent platform for small businesses, raised a US$21 million series A co-led by Nexus Venture Partners and Susquehanna Venture Capital.

Existing investors Togeter Fund and Array VC also participated.

Runable said its software lets small businesses create websites and apps, manage marketing across ChatGPT Ads, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

It also handles customer support, search engine optimization, and answer engine optimization.

The company said it went from US$0 to US$2 million in annual recurring revenue and reached 1.5 million users within three weeks of launch.

It said it will use the funding to expand its tools, scale its Runable Academy training module, and hire across engineering, machine learning, product, growth, and support.

Runable also publishes pricing, while its documentation uses a structure based on plans and credits.
