Nvidia, Netherlands team up on $210m AI research facility
The Dutch government announced an agreement on Thursday with the United States-based chipmaker Nvidia.
The collaboration aims to supply hardware and expertise for a proposed AI research facility.
This facility is part of the Netherlands’ effort to enhance its position in AI research and development.
The initiative aligns with European Union goals to strengthen the region’s digital economy, supported by the Dutch government’s allocation of 204.5 million euros (US$210 million) in funding last year, with additional support from EU subsidies.
