Nebius Q2 revenue jumps to $582m
Nebius, an Amsterdam-based Nasdaq-listed AI cloud company, reported unaudited Q2 2026 revenue of US$582.3 million on August 12, up from US$105.1 million a year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA was US$236.2 million, compared with a US$21 million loss a year earlier.
Net loss from continuing operations was US$190.4 million, versus net income from continuing operations of US$502.5 million.
Purchases of property, equipment, and intangible assets rose to US$5.66 billion from US$510.6 million as Nebius continued its AI infrastructure expansion.
The company previously said its Kansas City colocation site could scale to about 35,000 graphics processing units at full capacity.
Net cash provided by operating activities from continuing operations reached US$2.25 billion in the quarter and US$4.50 billion in the first half.
In July, Nebius also announced a US$775 million senior secured debt facility.
Nebius said it now operates a substantially different, earlier-stage group after divesting a significant portion of its historical operations. That can make year-on-year comparisons unusual.
Its consolidated results include Nebius AI Cloud, autonomous vehicle platform Avride, and edtech service TripleTen.
Toloka, an AI development platform, has not been consolidated since Q2 2025 and is now reported as an equity method investment.
