Nazara’s subsidiary Nodwin Gaming enters US esports market
Nazara Technologies’ subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming, has expanded its presence in the United States esports market by creating a new entity.
In a regulatory filing, Nazara announced that Nodwin Gaming has incorporated Nodwin Gaming USA Inc. in Delaware.
The new entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nodwin Gaming International Pte Ltd, which is based in Singapore.
This development follows Nazara’s approval of a 64 crore rupees (US$7.68 million) investment in Nodwin Singapore for global expansion nearly five months ago.
