Nazara’s subsidiary acquires gaming content firm for $2.8m

Nodwin Gaming, part of India’s Nazara Technologies, has acquired Indian gaming content and marketing company Trinity Gaming for 24 crore rupees (around US$2.8 million).

Trinity Gaming is a creator service provider for Meta and a gaming multi-channel network on YouTube, managing over 1,000 creators in India.

The payment will include 4.8 crore rupees (around US$567,000) in cash and 19.2 crore rupees (around US$2.27 million) through an equity swap in Nodwin Gaming.

Trinity Gaming’s founders will become shareholders and continue managing its operations. Nodwin Gaming plans to expand Trinity’s services into Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Nodwin Gaming, founded in 2014, is a significant entity within Nazara Technologies in the esports and gaming sector.
