Australia’s Myriota secures $50m for expansion

Adelaide-based nanosatellite company Myriota raised AU50 million (around US$32.5 million), including AU25 million (around US$16.3 million) from Australia’s National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC).

The funds will be used to create 100 jobs, expand internationally, and enhance manufacturing in South Australia.

This funding marks NRFC’s third major investment, following US$26 million in Russell Mineral Equipment and US$8.5 million in Quantum Brilliance.

Myriota also receiving a AU1.5 million (around US$975,000) Moon to Mars grant earlier in 2024.
